Non-Refundable Items & Situations
At CamperVan Market Hub, certain items and situations are non-refundable. Custom orders, which are tailored specifically to your preferences, cannot be returned or refunded. Additionally, any deposits made to secure a purchase or booking are non-refundable. Once a unit has been delivered and accepted, it is considered final and non-returnable. Please note that any wear and tear or misuse of the vehicle will also void eligibility for a refund.

Upon delivery of your vehicle, we strongly encourage a thorough inspection to ensure it meets your expectations. Acceptance of the vehicle signifies your agreement that it is in satisfactory condition. If you encounter any issues, please report them immediately to our support team. Rental Bookings Policy
Cancellation and Refund Terms
For rental bookings at CamperVan Market Hub, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
